- A supplement is useless if your dog refuses to consume it. With our chews, we placed an emphasis on taste and palatability ensures that your furry friend will crave for more!
Can I give these to my dog in addition to other medications?
- Our supplements are designed to complement your dog's regular diet and promote their optimal health and well-being. We strongly advise you to consult your veterinarian if you have any worries, particularly if your dog is already on medication or has a pre-existing medical issue.
How long will it take for me to see the positive effects in my pup?
- Results for every dog are different but with daily use, you should start to see results within around 60 days.
Can I use these supplements as treats?
- Yes, you can! However, please keep track of the amount your pup consumes in a day. As our soft chews are still supplements, consuming an excessive amount could disrupt their nutrient balance. It is advisable to adhere to the recommended daily dose, which is determined by your dog's size and can be found on the label in the “Suggested Daily Use” section.
Where do you ship to?
- Currently, we ship to all 50 states. Once processed, most orders will generally take 1-2 days to ship and an additional 3-7 days to deliver depending on the shipment destination. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPOs, or international addresses.

How can I return my product? Can I get a refund?
- We’re certain your pup will love our soft chews, and more importantly, feel great after proper consumption. If you’re unhappy with our product, just email hello@tryroux.com and we’ll get you sorted out with a refund.
How can I update, change or cancel my subscription preferences?
- You have the option to modify any information, such as the product you've selected and the frequency of your subscription, through your Account page. You are free to pause or terminate your subscription whenever you like, although we would love to have you as a Roux supporter indefinitely, we recognize that circumstances can change. Do I need a subscription?
- No, if you’re not quite ready for a subscription commitment, all Roux supplements can be purchased a la carte. However, a subscription is our most cost effective option and is also the most effective as it takes around 60 days of consistent use for your pup to see the best results!
